About the Business
Customer service is extremely important to us because we realise that without fully satisfied customers any business is likely to fail. After listening to our customers we have learned the problems they have encountered in the past with other window cleaning companies and we have made it our duty to correct them. These are some of the problems our customers have encountered and the steps we have taken to prevent this from happening. Unfortunately their are people in this world who will acquire a bucket, sponge and squeegee and then go out and knock people's doors.
They often do a less than perfect job because of a lack of experience or willingness to do a good job and in some cases, miss windows altogether. Having the equipment to clean windows does not make anyone a professional window cleaner. We are passionate about this industry and have invested far too much money and time in our vehicles, equipment and running of the business to quit now.
